It should be noted that when checking the internal or external connector terminals of the welding machine, the power switch must be closed before implementation.
1. Do the inspection work regularly. For example, check whether the cooling fan rotates smoothly when the welding machine is powered on; Whether there is abnormal oscillation, sound and smell; Whether there is gas leakage; Whether there is slack or falling off in the binding of the joint and insulation of the welding wire; Whether there is abnormal heating in the welded cable and wiring parts.
2. Because the welding machine is forced to be air-cooled, it is very simple to inhale dust from around and accumulate in the machine. Therefore, we can regularly use clean and dry compressed air to blow and clean the dust inside the welder. Especially the transformer, reactance coil, gap between coil coils and power semiconductor shall be cleaned.
3. Regularly check the wiring parts of power wiring. Check whether the terminal screws at the input side, output side and other terminals, as well as the wiring parts of external wiring and internal wiring are loose. Remove the rust in case of rust to ensure good contact conductivity.
4. The long-term use of the welding machine will inevitably cause the shell to be deformed, rusted and damaged due to collision, and the internal parts will also be worn out. Therefore, comprehensive repair operations such as replacement of defective parts, shell repair and reinforcement of insulation degraded parts shall be carried out during annual maintenance and inspection. The replacement of defective parts is good during maintenance. All new parts can be replaced at one time to ensure the performance of the welding machine.
